Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We at Sky Goodies have been shipping across India and internationally since 2014. We offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs 2000. Orders usually gets shipped within 1-4 working days. In India, delivery time is typically 2-9 working days for prepaid orders. You will receive a tracking link at your registered email id as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link. In rare cases and for remote locations, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. To facilitate the delivery, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you while placing the order. We partner with reliable courier companies for deliveries. Sky Goodies is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or on account of any factors beyond our control. We will try our best to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation. In the rare case that we cannot deliver to your location due to reasons outside our control, for example, lockdowns due to Covid, we will inform you about our inability to deliver and will cancel your order and process a refund.
