Q: Do I get instructions for the paper models?
A: Yes, each kit contains printed photographic step-by-step assembly instructions. We also have videos for our products at our YouTube Channel youtube.com/skygoodiesco. You can also watch videos on each product page on our website.
Q: What tools do I need to assemble the DIY items?
A: Most of our products have simple slot assembly and you can assemble the kits by using just your hands. Some DIY kits require craft glue for assembly, like Fevicol. Wherever string or wire is required, they are included in the pack. Please read the product descriptions for details of what is included.
Q: Why should I do craft?
A: Making things with our hands is a scientifically proven way to destress, focus, and feel happy. The act of making something ourselves is rewarding and rejuvenating. Immerse yourself in a mindful activity and get in the zone, unhooking from your phone, for a wholesome and fun digital detox! Creativity is a great way to connect with loved ones through shared activities and handmade gifts. Paper craft is a fun indoor hobby for those rainy days, too. And for kids, the payoffs of tinkering with paper are amazing!

ORDERING & PAYMENTS
Q: What mode of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all online payment methods including credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking. All orders are prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Q: Do you have a physical shop?
A: No, we do not have a physical store. We have an online shop at in.skygoodies.co. From time to time we participate in events in Mumbai, where you can meet us and see our products in person.
Q: Do you offer wholesale discounts?
A: Yes, we are happy to offer wholesale discounts for orders above ₹20,000. Please email us your requirement at contact@skygoodies.co.
Q: Do you take on custom assignments?
A: We are happy to customise any of our existing products for your brand, with logo and brand colours incorporated into the product and packaging. The minimum order quantity for custom products is 500 pieces. We also take on selected assignments (where order quantity is above 5,000 pieces) to create new products and shapes for brands. SHIPPING
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat fee of ₹60 applies.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within India only. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future — stay tuned!
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or public holidays.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update. If you haven’t received tracking details within 4 business days, write to us at contact@skygoodies.co.
Q: What happens if my delivery fails?
A: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may reattempt or return the package to us. We’ll notify you via email and arrange re-dispatch at no extra cost. If re-delivery isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items, wrong items received, change of mind, or sizing issues.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email us at contact@skygoodies.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, your reason, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup from your address.
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or variant?
A: Yes! Mention the size or variant you’d like in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to availability — if your preferred option is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Q: Are all products eligible for returns?
A: Certain products are non-returnable. This will be clearly mentioned on the product listing before you place your order. Please check the product page for details specific to the item you’re purchasing.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
Q: I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
A: Please email us at contact@skygoodies.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images/videos of the product. We’ll prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
