We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

The item is in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

You received the wrong item.

The item does not fit or is not the right size.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Where this applies, it will be clearly mentioned in the product listing on our website or in our FAQ. Please refer to those for clarity before placing your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To raise a return request, please contact us at contact@skygoodies.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email:

Your order number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for the return.

For damaged or wrong items — clear photographs of the product as received.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you. Please ensure the item is securely packed before handover to the courier.
4. Exchanges
In case of a product reaching you with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product and send a new piece to you at the earliest. At the moment we do not offer exchanges for other products in case you change your mind; hence we request you to please choose carefully.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All transactions are prepaid.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds cannot be processed for orders placed more than 6 months ago, due to limitations imposed by payment gateways.
If your return request is rejected (e.g., item is used, damaged by the customer, or outside the return window), we will notify you with the reason for not issuing a refund.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at contact@skygoodies.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product. We will prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
