Returns Policy

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order.We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return, in case a product has reached you with a defect or if you have received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at skygoodiesmail@gmail.com. Our team will contact you to coordinate a pickup for the items to be returned. Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We would be refunding the amount after deducting the cost of shipping and return shipping, hence we would request you to please order after due consideration. Shipping

We at Sky Goodies have been shipping across India and internationally since 2014. We offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs 1000. Orders usually gets shipped within 1-4 working days. In India, delivery time is typically 2-9 working days for prepaid orders. You will receive a tracking link at your registered email id as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link. In rare cases and for remote locations, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. To facilitate the delivery, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you while placing the order. We partner with reliable courier companies for deliveries. Sky Goodies is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or on account of any factors beyond our control. We will try our best to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation. In the rare case that we cannot deliver to your location due to reasons outside our control, for example, lockdowns due to Covid, we will inform you about our inability to deliver and will cancel your order and process a refund.
